How
to use ?
All
the documents are in
Microsoft Word format, which
allow you to work on them
instantaneously upon
downloading.
You can also easily
alter the style of the
documents into your own
house style.
You would note that in a number of places in the
agreement there are words in
italics and/or in square
brackets. These are to be
completed to reflect your
transactions. The italics
and square brackets should
then be removed before
preparing the agreement for
signature.
Some specific clauses would have explanatory notes in
yellow boxes. These
explanatory notes are merely
guidelines, explanation
and/or instructions. As they
are not an operative part of
the agreement, they must
also be deleted.
When you have completed your agreement, update the table
of contents by following the
instructions set out in the
agreement.
While our documents are drafted to suit the law of Malaysia, they are generally
suitable for countries
practicing common law.
