“TheLawDocs” is an online service for purchasing individual legal documents and document packs.

v    Customer Information

Customers should always check that the contact information they provide is correct before proceeding to payment. TheLawDocs will not be responsible for or offer refunds if the customers provide incorrect information.

v    Refund

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

v    Copyright & Licence

Ø     All the agreements and resulting documents are and remain the copyright of TheLawDocs.

Ø     The purchase of a product(s) from the Web Site gives the Customer a licence to use the documents and legal information contained therein as many time as the customer wish subject to these Terms and Conditions.  If the customer is a lawyer or other professional consultant, the licence entitles you to use and adapt the document as a precedent in dealing with your client.

Ø     Customers may not re-sell or re-publish, copy or distribute any of TheLawDocs document or any part thereof whether as part of the package or as separate product for free or to publish or make available any of the documents or any extracts from them on the internet, on any website or in any document which is generally available to the public.

Ø     Customers may not share their unique username or password used to access the Website with any third party.

TheLawDocs takes all reasonable steps to ensure that www.thelawdocs.com are available and functioning fully at all times. However, TheLawDocs does not accept any responsibility for "down-time" or poor performance of TheLawDocs fileservers or where any TheLawDocs service is unavailable for any other reason, whether within or outside the direct control of TheLawDocs.

TheLawDocs is free to alter or revise the Web Site and the Terms and Conditions at any time and without the requirement to notify users but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the customer upon making a purchase at the Web Site. However, TheLawDocs will take all reasonable steps to inform Customers of changes to the site via the original email address supplied by the Customer at the time of purchase from the site.

Failure by either TheLawDocs to enforce any accrued rights under these Terms and Conditions is not to be taken as or deemed to be a waiver of those rights unless TheLawDocs acknowledges the waiver in writing.

All rules, policies (including privacy policies) and operating procedures of Merchants will apply to the customer while on any Merchant sites. We are not responsible for information provided by the customer to Merchants. We and the Merchants are independent contractors and neither party has authority to make any representations or commitments on behalf of the other.

The customers agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless to TheLawDocs, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Web Site from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable lawyer fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms of Use by the customers.

This Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of Malaysia, and each of the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
