    Customers should always check that the contact information they provide is correct before proceeding to payment. TheLawDocs will not be responsible for or offer refunds if the customers provide incorrect information.
       

  • Refund
    Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
        

  • Copyright & Licence

    • All the agreements and resulting documents are and remain the copyright of TheLawDocs.

    • The purchase of a product(s) from the Web Site gives the Customer a licence to use the documents and legal information contained therein as many time as the customer wish subject to these Terms and Conditions.  If the customer is a lawyer or other professional consultant, the licence entitles you to use and adapt the document as a precedent in dealing with your client.

    • Customers may not re-sell or re-publish, copy or distribute any of TheLawDocs document or any part thereof whether as part of the package or as separate product for free or to publish or make available any of the documents or any extracts from them on the internet, on any website or in any document which is generally available to the public.

    • Customers may not share their unique username or password used to access the Website with any third party.

    TheLawDocs takes all reasonable steps to ensure that www.thelawdocs.com are available and functioning fully at all times. However, TheLawDocs does not accept any responsibility for "down-time" or poor performance of TheLawDocs fileservers or where any TheLawDocs service is unavailable for any other reason, whether within or outside the direct control of TheLawDocs.

    TheLawDocs is free to alter or revise the Web Site and the Terms and Conditions at any time and without the requirement to notify users but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the customer upon making a purchase at the Web Site.
